CUI PRODEST is a niche global consulting firm that provides informed, actionable guidance on “best fit” solutions to thorny and difficult challenges.  We work closely with international agencies, governments, non-profit organizations, institutions, and businesses to provide high-quality, high-impact management consulting services.

Cui Prodest does not offer standard off-the-shelf solutions, we use highly participatory approaches in defining challenges and offerings solutions.  We help clients make sense of decision-making dynamics among partners, organizations, institutions and the factors shaping the political-economic environment.  Our team members have served in high level government positions, United Nations agencies, NATO, and academic institutions.  All possess advanced degrees and speak multiple languages.  We know our way around the world.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

Brenda Lee Pearson brings 30 years of experience as an innovator and strategic thinker across a variety of areas with hands-on experience in 50 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe and Eurasia, and the Middle East.  She has a proven track record of transformational leadership, managing international teams to achieve ambitious goals. Brenda Lee Pearson is an accomplished public speaker and has published more than 200 articles on topics ranging from national security, international development, strategic communications, and women’s economic empowerment.

Cui Prodest is a woman-owned small business located in Bethesda, Maryland and is a registered federal contractor.
