U.S. Government Contracts and Grants – Successfully Raised $72 million in New Funding. Cui Prodest recruited and assembled the technical writers, pricing and budget experts, and local consultants for winning 15 federal contracts and grants from 2017 – 2025.  Our team managed the entire grant cycles for three international consulting firms. Identified funding opportunities to align with organizational capacities and needs, directed technical and financial team assignments, engaged external stakeholders, and oversaw quality assurance and ensured compliance. ACTIVITIES

World Food Programme REACH – Raised $25 million in new funds from from individual foundations, government entities and corporate foundations: Boston Consulting Group, Unilever, Cargill, Pepsi Cola, and UPS and Canadian International Development Assistance and other donors to scale nutrition programs and contribute learnings with Scaling-Up Nutrition global movement. Grants provided critical support for new activities in country implementing plans for Bangladesh, Ghana, Mali, Mozambique, Nepal, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda.  Increased global knowledge-sharing with global and local partners and new partnerships with Institute of Development Studies in Sussex, George Washington University in Washington, Cornell University in New York, and Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Guided five UN Agencies (WFP, FAO, UNICEF, WHO and IFAD) in developing monitoring and evaluation framework with country-level indicators and aggregated results across sectors.
