Applied Research, Evaluation, Data Analytic

We work with clients to generate evidence-driven data to support real time decision-making. Cui Prodest guides clients’ use of data to inform strategy, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and support organizational learning. Our analytical products present detailed descriptions of the robust methodology used for data collection and analysis, findings that are linked to quality evidence, and well-written and documented presentation of results. Our mixture of quantitative and qualitative monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodologies as well as longitudinal, experimental, quasi-experimental surveys provide clients with actionable insights to improve the design and implementation of the new generation of global programs. Cui Prodest was a subcontractor to USAID's $19.6 million contract that provided 83 independent research products and analytical services in 47 countries. We recruited and vetted key personnel, team leaders, technical staff, and drafted the approach, methodology, timing, and outputs.​

 

SERVICES

  • Conduct performance evaluations of complex, multi-year programs to capture important findings, lessons learned and offer actionable, best fit recommendations for future investments by deploying international and local experts to engage with key stakeholders.

  • Create and operationalize monitoring, evaluation and learning systems for organizations and companies based on rigorous data collection and analysis, integrating technology and utilizing AI tools.

  • Design customized learning tools and training in Knowledge Management services so clients can continue to improve services, products and advocacy efforts.

  • Present data analytics in interactive and visually compelling dashboards that allow for easy to visualize results and sustainable programming Political Economy Analyses and comprehensive Performance Evaluations of large-scale programs or country portfolios provide insights into understanding political and economic risks that may impact goals and desired outcomes.​

ACTIVITIES

  • Performance Evaluation of U.S. Department of State's programming to support the employability of Tunisian youth in geographically vulnerable regions.

  • Comprehensive Portfolio Performance Mid-term and Final Evaluations of USAID’s flagship Women’s Economic Empowerment program—the first ever whole-of-government approach to raising the status and importance of closing gender gaps. Assessed 45 global activities designed to accelerate women prospering in the workforce, succeeding as entrepreneurs and enabled in the economy.  The comprehensive performance evaluation team reviewed more than 600 documents, conducted 500 online surveys and key informant interviews, developed six case studies and presented findings and recommendations across 10 bureaus in USAID/Washington and to key stakeholders in 40 countries.​

  • Performance Evaluation of U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs Workforce Development and Tripartite projects in six countries.​
